If you do not have your local rep’s contact information, either on your receipt or with your book fair coordinator, please use the Rep Near You function on our website or ask your secretary or librarian for your rep's information as they might have it on file. The holiday season is upon us so it's a great idea to get your rep's information ahead of time just in case you may need it.
If your rep is out of the item that you need exchanged, please let me know and I can work to find a replacement for you. If you are not happy with a product at any time within 30 days of purchase, please contact me at the home office to arrange for a refund.
